I am hearing whispers that some of you may think that I was exaggerating the dangers in my previous post: Are You Sending SPAM Unintentionally?

In truth, I underplayed the dangers.

There is a VERY popular hosting company which many people in the Needlework and Quilting industries use. They also offer domain registration services with wonderful deals if you use them for both registration AND hosting.

If you are uninformed enough to take them up on these *GREAT Deals!* and you are accused of spamming from your web site email, they take immediate action.

They close your website AND if they registered your domain, they also SEIZE the domain.

	You are given NO recourse.

Did you spam? Maybe… maybe not.

They are not interested in your side of the story…

You, on the other hand have no choice but to start over from scratch.

If you are lucky, you may be able to salvage the contents of some of your former site's pages from Google's Cache and copy them over to your new site, on a new hosting company, and listed under a new domain.

Having your email addresses blacklisted is extremely serious.

If it is a web site related email address — such as info@YourDomain.com –, it is even MORE serious, because ANY email from that domain will be included in the Blacklist.

Let's face it, email is the primary communication method online. Losing it is like having all phone service AND mail service cut off.

If you have a Twitter account, you can function somewhat, but think of it as one of those brightly painted cardboard megaphones from an early 1930s college movie. It will work… to a limited extent.

There are a lot of hidden dangers online. In this case, I shared the kind of info that I give my coaching clients. The difference is that my coaching clients listen to me! LOLOL

… and my coaching clients would already be signed up with an AutoResponder Serivce and already have moved their domain registration if they used this unnamed company. *VeryBigGrin*

So, as in all things, these business decisions are yours to make. I am just trying to help you make informed decisions!

I have a specific Premier Level, just for the Needlework and Quilting industry, Y&T-PREMIER.

The BASIC Level is for everybody, no matter what offline industry they are in.

I am adding new information and resources weekly. The biggest challenge for me has been organizing all of the topics I will be covering. I have reams of paper (yes, I know I could do it digitally, but I visualize better on paper — with color coded ink!LOL) with the next 12 months laid out. As long as Guido doesn’t eat them, all will be well!

Until the end of August, Y&T-PREMIER and the regular PREMIER Level have a special introductory price.
